The
ice cream you have been keeping in your freezer for one week
is not as soft and creamy as when you bought it?
Here's
an easy tip
Put
the ice cream box with no lid in the fridge (positive temperature)
for about half an hour or for the time needed to soften the
ice cream but not to melt it.
Now you can take the portion you wish to serve and then freeze
the ice cream again, covered with its original paper and lid.
Don't
worry, you haven't defrosted your ice cream but just changed
its temperature to minus 12°/14° Centigrade as it
is maintained in an ice cream shop. It is the ideal temperature
for ice cream to be savored.
