The excellent quality of our product is due to our carefully selected
ingredients, specific and skilled techniques, and accurate machinery
maintenance.

At "Mister Gel" we use only top quality whole milk, fresh cream for its unique flavor, several types of sugar, only Piedmont hazelnuts, preferably in their round and soft variety, pure Van Houten cocoa, sicilian pistachio nuts and candied fruit.

Our desire for improvement in food quality has led to our use of
exclusively fresh, pasteurized egg yolks. This attention to detail
applies to every other mixture used in our ice creams.

For example, only Chiquita bananas or non-genetically modified soya
are accepted as ingredients in Mister Gel ice cream. We will postpone
the production of a specific flavor until we can find the right raw
material to meet our needs. No compromise is acceptable.

In addition, the quality of our product is guaranteed by the
excellence of our machines, which assure a fast and efficient freezing process. At Mister Gel we complement our equipment with a fast
ventilated freezer (-40ø centigrade), which preserves the freshly made
ice cream qualities instantly, when it is still soft and delicate.
Thus, we have eliminated stock production since we can offer the whole
range of available flavors, freshly made, every morning.
